This is a case report of a 46-year-old female, came for surgical fitness for laparoscopic cholecystectomy with abnormal chest skiagram. Chest skiagram showed typical sand storm appearance. Since the patient had no respiratory complaints, high-resolution computed tomography chest was taken which showed diffuse micronodular calcifications suggestive of PAM. ER -
